Items are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS or Speedee, and can be expected to arrive within another 4 - 6 business days. For expedited shipping, please contact customer service for a shipping quote and place the order by phone.

Please contact Customer Service to initiate a return. You must have a return authorization number prior to sending items back to us. Items in their original packaging, with any associated hardware, can be returned to the warehouse within 15 days from the date the items were received for a full merchandise credit. Returns on orders 16-60 days from the date of receipt, a 20% restocking fee applied to the merchandise credit. Orders that are over 61 days old from the date of receipt, may only be returned for a store credit. If your order is received with damaged items, please notify us within 24 hours for a replacement. Any discontinued or special order items are not eligible for return.
