All cabinet hardware orders under $100 are subject to a $5 shipping fee. Customers purchasing Anne at Home products in addition to other items must pay an additional $5 processing fee on all orders under $100. Kitchen Cabinet Hardware is happy to waive all shipping and processing fees on all cabinet hardware orders over $100.*
Shipping rates on all furniture items is based on the weight of the item and the ship-to zip code and is calculated when the item is placed in the shopping cart.
Kitchen Cabinet Hardware can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail. We can also ship to Canada. For additional information and shipping quotes, please call our customer service center.
We generally have over 95% of our items in stock. It takes us one day to process your order and approximately four days to ship it to you. If your items are backordered we will ship what we can and ship the rest when we get them in from the manufacturer in approximately 7-10 business days. Deliveries that are split into multiple shipments due to backorders will not result in additional shipping charges. Because Anne at Home products are customized for your enjoyment, these products take slightly longer to ship. Kitchen Cabinet Hardware requests that every customer review their products within two (2) weeks of the receipt of their order, to make sure that there were no damaged goods or product shortages. Although errors in order processing are unlikely, Kitchen Cabinet Hardware is not responsible for errors reported after 2 weeks of the receipt of the products.
