When searching for the perfect cabinet hardware, the texture and feel are often as important as the style. There are times you may want to hold your hardware options up against your cabinets to make sure that they are comfortable to grasp and in perfect harmony with your decor. You may want to solicit a friend’s opinion, to ensure that you are making the right decision. At Kitchen-Cabinet-Hardware.com, we try to make the hardware selection process as easy as possible, by offering to refund the money you spent on unwanted samples, so that you can determine in person which designs are the best match for your cabinetry.
Our samples return policy is simple:
- Order up to three (3) cabinet hardware samples, and pay for them upon checkout.
- You may keep these samples, share them with friends, or use them as you see fit- there is no reason to return samples of any products that you don’t wish to purchase.
- Order 25 pieces of the hardware style of your choice, and we will gladly credit your order with the total amounts of the two knobs or handles that you did not choose, PLUS the $5 shipping fee that you paid when ordering the samples.
- To get your refund, email our customer service center after placing your second order. Please include in the email both of your order confirmation numbers and make a note as to which samples you would like to be credited for.
- Your credit will then be applied to your original order within two business days. It's that easy!
NOTE: All products that cost over $20 are not subject to the samples return policy.
