At Kitchen Cabinet Hardware, we value your complete satisfaction. Should you have any problem with your cabinet hardware, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy. You can return any cabinet hardware within 30 days for a full refund -- for any reason.

Should you need to return any other products, please feel free to do so, as well, within 30 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns received more than 30 days after customer receipt of the products.

Returns on all Anne at Home products MUST be received by Kitchen Cabinet Hardware within 30 days of ordering.

All Smedbo bathroom hardware is subject to a 30% restocking fee, and all Smedbo returns must be initiated within 45 days of ordering.

To return any item, simply contact us to receive a return authorization number and then ship back the items. We cannot accept returns without this number. Your account will be credited with the refund within two weeks.

In the rare event that an item arrives defective, please let us know so we can make sure the item is shipped at our expense.
