We understand that there are occasions when a return or exchange may be necessary, and we aim to make this process as easy and straightforward as possible.
If you are unhappy with your cabinet hardware purchase for any reason, we will gladly take it back and apply a full refund to your credit card minus the shipping fee, no questions asked! Return
shipping fees must be paid by the customer in order to receive a refund. The credit will be applied to your account within two weeks of refund request. Should you need to return any products other
than cabinet hardware, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns of this nature which are not our error.
Please contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We cannot issue a refund without this.
In the rare event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please do not hesitate to notify us, and we will quickly ship another at our own expense. A call tag will be sent to you so that you
can return the item at our expense.
