Items with an RMA number on the outside of the package can be returned to the warehouse within 30 days for full credit. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply. On items that were purchases 6 months or older a 25% restocking fee will apply. All damaged items will be replaced without question, and a call tag will be sent out to the customer to ship the damaged merchandise back to the warehouse.

The product was an exact match to the images on the website, the product was reasonably priced and the shipment arrived in a timely manner with no missing items. I have placed several orders with Tail of the Lion and I am satisfied as a customer. The variety of merchadise is greater than the box stores and this has allowed us to achieve the desired look in our kitchen update project (on a budget).
