We accept returns with a return merchandise authorization number that is in its original, new and resalable condition (i.e. not previously installed or used as a display) within 30 days of purchase with a 25% restocking fee.

All items must be in their original packaging, and there cannot be any writing on the packaging of the item. Packages must be sent back via DreamLine approved carrier and be fully insured.
